RESILIENCE TRAINING

The Resilient Mind (TRM) Resilience Training Program includes group-based and self-directed learning.  


The TRM Resilience Training Program is a light-hearted approach to building resilience that emphasizes healthy relationships, encourages courageous communication, and teaches effective techniques to improve self-awareness and self-regulation.


The Resilient Mind challenges the status quo on adult group learning.  It's a safe space where it's OK to be vulnerable, honest, emotional, silly, and imperfect on a journey of  authentic personal development. 


This program is appropriate for individuals who are ready to make a personal change, and need a system of support to do it.

  • 7 weekly 1.5 hr online group sessions, plus 3 extra weeks of e-learning support (10 weeks in total)
  • Weekly activities that encourage personal reflection, self-discovery, and action-learning
  • 3 mentoring sessions 
  • An online app to gain awareness, practice skills, access support, and track progress.
