The Resilient Mind (TRM) Resilience Training Program includes group-based and self-directed learning.
The TRM Resilience Training Program is a light-hearted approach to building resilience that emphasizes healthy relationships, encourages courageous communication, and teaches effective techniques to improve self-awareness and self-regulation.
The Resilient Mind challenges the status quo on adult group learning. It's a safe space where it's OK to be vulnerable, honest, emotional, silly, and imperfect on a journey of authentic personal development.
This program is appropriate for individuals who are ready to make a personal change, and need a system of support to do it.
